We are looking for a Senior Audit Associate who will ensure assignments are executed in accordance with the firms policies and procedures.

Job Description

• Plan the audit to focus on identified risks and client needs in conjunction with the Partner and Manager
• Produce work papers that comply with the firms' standards
• Ensure that the performance standards are communicated and understood by the assigned staff as well as managed and maintained for the duration of the assignment
• Decide the best audit approach using Audit Focus
• Ensuree all assigned staff receive adequate in–the –job training both in respect of appropriate technical and supervisory skills
• Demonstrate knowledge of Akintola Williams Deloitte range of products and services
• Identify opportunities to add value through an understanding of the client's business and establish client relationships
• Control cost through close supervision of disbursements on assigned clients when acting as AIC
• Excellent supervisory, communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills
• Must be conscientious, confident and composed

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of second class upper division (or equivalent)
• Master's degree
• ICAN/ACCA membership
