Executive Recruitment Officer (ERO)
Job purpose
The ERO will play a significant role in placing TRITHEL RECRUITMENT AGENCY (TRA), which specializes in head-hunting, organization of recruitment fairs and franchising head-hunting practices, on all the strategic locations on the mainland and the island of Lagos State of Nigeria.
The role
The accountabilities of the role are as follows:
• Establishment of a virile head-hunting practice within TICL.
• Leadership and management of the head-hunting process in TRA.
• Active evaluation of CVs posted on TRA’s job site and other job search engines.
• Facilitation of Job Seekers’ Programme Workshops.
• Training and educating subordinates in the art of head-hunting.
• Engagement in the production of Aptitude Testing Batteries.
Selection Criteria
Experience
It is expected that the successful applicant will have head-hunting executive recruitment experience and organization of recruitment fairs and will have operated in a role at a similar level for a minimum of three years. Importantly, the successful applicant will be able to lay claims to a good track record of recruiting for the oil and gas, financial services and manufacturing sectors.

System Administrator (SA)
Job purpose
The System Administrator will be responsible for maintaining a conducive computing environment by identifying system requirements; installing upgrades; monitoring system performance and marketing computer applications.
The role
The accountabilities of the role are as follows:
• Maintains system performance by performing system monitoring and analysis, and performance tuning; troubleshooting system hardware, software, networks and operating and system management systems; designing and running system load/stress testing; escalating application problems to vendor.
• Secures system by developing system access, monitoring, control and evaluation; establishing and testing disaster recovery policies and procedures; completing back-ups; maintaining documentation.
• Upgrades system by conferring with vendors and services; developing, testing, evaluating, and installing enhancements and new software.
• Prepares users by designing and conducting training programmes; providing references and support.
• Establishes system specifications by conferring with users; analyzing workflow, access, information, and security requirements; designing system infrastructure.
• Establishes system by planning and executing the selection, installation, configuration, and testing of PC and server hardware, software, LAN and WAN networks, and operating and system management systems; defining system and operational policies and procedures.
• General programming skills, software testing, problem solving, teamwork, software development fundamentals and software requirements.
• Meets financial targets through strategic planning and submitting information for budgets.
• Accomplishes organization goals by meeting financial targets, accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

LAN knowledge, Proxy Servers, Networking knowledge, Network hardware configuration, Network maintenance, performance tuning, installing and configuring computer systems, standards development and marketing skills.
Educational background
The successful applicant will have a BSc or HND in computer science, engineering or related field from reputable Nigerian or overseas University, CCNA (Certified Cisco Network Administration), CCNP (Certified Cisco Network Professional) and A+ certification.
